My experience with Hand on Heart Jewellery was exceptional. There was a problem with my delivery, not their fault but the delivery company. I liaised with Lucy who answered my emails promptly and was so helpful and efficient. I received my necklace, a gift for my sister, and when I saw it, I burst into tears. To say it's beautiful is an understatement. So well done and something my sister will treasure forever. Thank you again for being such an incredible company to deal with. Highly recommended.
