I have just received my jewellery. I ordered a Small Heart for my beloved dad's ashes and I couldn't be more delighted with the result. From the beginning the team were very respectful. I received the Ashes collection pack within 2 days of ordering along with a prepaid return envelope. I was advised when the ashes had been received, that the process was ongoing and when the item was despatched along with a tracking number. Thank you to all the team for a beautiful piece of jewellery that I will cherish forever.
