My heartfelt gratitude for how Hand on Heart has handled the memorial jewellery purchased to remember my daughter who was taken from us so unexpectedly this year. Whilst I had a minor initial issue with the original product, the kindness and understanding of Hand on Heart in addressing such a sensitive situation was amazing. Their products are excellent and I am proud to be carrying part of my daughter with me every day. It gives me such warmth and comfort and I cannot thank them enough.
