Wanted to leave my review for a while but never had time to do it. However, the product is so great that I wanted to thank the HoH team! I had a bracelet with 2 charms with my kids handprints made a couple of years ago and have been wearing it every single day. The only issue I had with it - a year after I received it, one of the charms fell off and I never found it. Not sure how this happened and it is quite upsetting so bear in mind to check your jewelry regularly to make sure parts do not get loose! Other thank this absolutely love the bracelet and every step of making the order was absolutely smooth! Highly recommend for those memorable keepsakes you will cherish forever and bring back wonderful memories each time you see them!
