Excellent company making top quality products. I initially didn’t get confirmation that my father’s ashes had arrived safely. This was a concern because the Royal Mail in my area are beyond useless. My email Enquiry however was answered quickly and confirmation was forthcoming. This is one of those orders that absolutely cannot get lost in the system. Sending your relatives ashes through the post is somewhat stressful. Hand on heart though provided a number of updates and the delivery estimate time was spot on. ( even though Royal Mail indicated it may have been lost! Thankfully it wasn’t) Hand on heart is a great company making exceptional quality items. I’m really pleased with my purchases and as noted the quality is sublime.
