Received packaging very quickly to return the ashes complete with instructions. The timeline given was very accurate. I did message as was going away (which wasn’t planned at the time of order) and wondered if my ring would be with me to take and received a quick reply . Ring is beautiful and as in the pictures on the website complete with certificate of authenticity.
Thank you I love my ring I feel I have my boy with me at all times now.
