I honestly can not fault the service I was given, absolute first class. From the moment I placed the order I was kept up to date with the progress. When I sent my dad’s ashes I was so scared they would get lost in the post, but was reassured with a text message that they had arrived safely and were in good hands. I was given an estimated date of finish but in between times was sent text messages telling me how things were going. This was so thoughtful as when you’re waiting for such a special piece of jewellery there is obviously a lot of emotion involved. I was so emotional when my ring arrived, ahead of schedule, and am just so grateful that I now have a piece of my dad with me at all times.
