I can't fault this company at all. I ordered a piece of jewellery and then decided to order another with it, it was no problem for them. I then changed my mind on a couple of things and again was no trouble. Both pieces were delivered before the date I was given in beautiful boxes exactly as I ordered. Unfortunately the chain on the necklace was too long for me, (my fault entirely, I measured wrong) so i have ordered a shorter one with no problems. Every email I sent was answered as soon as they could and was sorted practically straight away. Great communication with them whenever I had a question or problem. I would recommend these to anyone who wants a lovely piece of jewellery with their loved ones ashes.
