I have used this company about 7 years ago. The quality of their product was amazing. I recently lost my beloved dog and I am heartbroken so I desperately wanted something special of her. I looked into many websites only to come up with this company. I realised that this was the exact same company that did prints of my dads hand before I lost him. I ordered a teardrop pendant from them. I was hesitant because how would I know they would put the right ashes in the pendant. They charged a postage fee, which I thought was a bit much, but I went with it. They sent me a tracked package with a small tin to put her ashes in. Everything was given a number and the package I returned was also tracked. They made my pendant and returned the unused ashes, also tracked. I now understand why they charge postage. I felt comfortable that I would be getting my baby's ashes back. I now have a beautiful pendant with a little piece of her.
