My customer service representative, Jade, went above and beyond to help us find a special pair of shoes for extra wide, fat baby feet. Currently we cannot do fittings due to covid, and I was becoming exhausted with the inability for any supplier to help us. Meanwhile, I was having to wrap her feet in wool and nylon! Service was absolutely exceptional, and our deepest thanks. The shoes we ended up with (campers) work very well. We will be buying our next pair from HLS. Thank you.
