I placed my order on March 12 and got an email that it shipped out the same day. When it did not arrive after 7 business days, I emailed customer service the morning of the 23rd but didn't hear back, and so I phoned on the 24th and found out that my order had not shipped out after all. Your customer service representative shipped out my order for overnight shipping and I finally received it on March 25th.
