I bought three pairs of shoes, one pair each for my three children. Two fitted perfectly, one pair was sadly too big (thank goodness I have bought a sizer this time too, handy for future purchases). I returned the pair that was too big, using the freepost label, and it was accepted and immediately refunded, thank you! The other two pairs are great and my 3 year old in particular is delighted with her new silver shoes.
