We are incredibly happy with the service provided, we had an issue with a missing measuring tool from our order which they immediately shipped out at their expense, communicated very promptly with us and when there was a Royal Mail delay with posting(which wasn’t their fault) they gave us a discount voucher for any inconvenience! It’s very hard to find good customer service these days but Happy Little Sole were outstanding and I will definitely buy from them again.
