Whenever I phone the customer helpline I always get a friendly and professional advice and a fast service.
The reason why I didn’t score 5 stars is that I could not change my order placed the night before I called as it was already processed and your team couldn’t change the delivery to next day, perhaps it’s a bit inflexible however your adviser has managed to ship it to me in time via first class.
