I think it's when things go wrong that you can really tell how good a company's customer service is. I would have no hesitation in recommending Happy Little Soles on this basis. My parcel was delayed and damaged in transit - no fault of theirs. Happy Little Soles were prompt and courteous in offering me options to ensure I still received shoes I was happy with as quickly as possible.
