The incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff took all the stress out of online shoe shopping! Based on my foot length and width, the internal measurements of the shoes and the size I wear in a different barefoot brand, they recommended a couple of size/width combinations to try. When I still wasn’t sure after trying them on, they suggested trying the next size up for comparison. Once I’d chosen my perfect fit I was able to return the two unwanted pairs for free. I was even refunded the postage of the third pair. I have been promptly refunded for the two pairs I didn’t want, so I am very satisfied with the service they provide and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again!
