It was extremely useful to have Happy Little Soles’ standardised sizes and measurement instructions. I had previously contacted Zero shoes direct and had been told that they couldn’t provide measurement information. HLS’ sizing info is excellent and allowed me to buy the exact right size of walking boot first time - and, having done this, I now know that Zero shoes’ advice would have led to my buying the wrong shoe, since their U.K. sizing was so inaccurate.
