I love this online shop! They standardise all shoe sizes by giving you the measurements in cm, which makes ordering much easier (especially if you buy their measuring tool). If the fit is wrong, returns are easy and customer service is super helpful and practical (i.e there's no computer saying "no"). The shoes are super quality and comfortable. It's the only place I've gone for my little one's shoes for the last 3 years. And they offer a loyalty scheme, which regularly covers the cost of my postage. I highly recommend.
