I was nervous about buying shoes online, so I contacted HLS about a pair of shoes I liked the look of but wasn't sure if they were suitable for wet weather - they took the time to give an honest and helpful reply. I chose a different pair of shoes, which I love - they're perfect for me, thanks to the HLS sizing charts. As an added bonus, they arrived in 100% paper/card packaging which is super. I'm very happy, and will definitely buy more from HLS in the future.
