In general I've been very happy, but this time I'm really disappointed. I ordered shoes on the 21st of October. I chose general shipping, but that can take up to 22-25 workdays (basically a month) and since weather was actually cooling pretty fast, I thought I had maybe needed to take the fast shipping option 5-6 days. So, I emailed them and asked if I could change this in my order. I got an email back the same day that this wasn't possible, they could only cancel my order and then I got to re-order. We all LOVE to order, so I figured I would try my luck (also the chance of somebody just hopping on the last one made me pick that, and hoped shoes would arrive in like 2 weeks rather than 4 weeks. After not hearing from shipping after 10 days, I emailed them back asking if the shoes had indeed been shipped... So, this was not the case. Because they initially pulled them out of shipping after my first email awaiting my response, and they never shipped them. I again thought about fast shipping and asked them to call me when they cancelled the order, so I could re-order right away, but they're not allowed to call internationally. I also decided that I didn't really think I had to pay extra to still receive the shoes in time. After expressing my disappointment about the way things had gone, I felt kind of turned down. They were just like, well we're sorry you feel this way. They told me that if the shoes arrive late (after the 22-25 days after first ordering), I would have to pay myself for sending them back in order to get a refund. I would have thought that a professional company would have changed shipping methods after making such a mistake in order to get them in place in time or at least offer a discount or something. I'm already years a reliable customer and I'm really really disappointed in the way things were handled.
