I love that I can buy a selection of barefoot shoes from a UK shop which usually means less worry about delivery. Unfortunately on this occasion, due to Royal Mail issues, I never received these shoes. Happy Little Soles customer service was fantastic and refunded me promptly. Perhaps giving customers the choice of carrier, even if it means us having to pay extra, means we can choose one that we know is more reliable in our area.
