The tel service is first class and l have found that ordering over the tel is farquicker and easier than through the website which is very slow and sometimes doesn't work at all as has been the case for many months eg when you try and reset your password or decipher captcha. The shoes themselves are excellent tho not much choice for really thin soled shoes. But very well made and attractive. Delivery/returns very efficient.
