I am always very happy with my deliveries from HLS. I can easily find what I’m looking for online and the delivery options are very clear. Delivery has always been seamless and I’ve never received an incorrect order. Free returns are fantastic. The only negative feedback I have is that you don’t exchange. So if I return something because the size is wrong, I need to do a whole new order. That being said, it’s only a minor issue and I’d imagine it makes life much easier for you by not having to do an exchange
