Firstly, thank you for sending the shoes so quickly, it is great to have a pair of no-rise shoes and you seem to be the only UK suppliers.
It was not clear which sizes were available for my chosen style - there appeared to be only 2 options when I first looked, then there was difficulty making the payment and it seemed to go down to 1 size option, then back to 2 the next day.
