Order arrived quickly after requesting a change to delivery at short notice and shoes were all good quality and packaged well with no plastic. Easy returns process.
The website is very hard to use. I had to return several times and nearly gave up placing my order. Glad I didn't. However, the advice given on shoe sizing is incredibly helpful and ensured all the shoes ordered for me and my little one were the correct size. I will be making another order.
