Overall, I am very happy with the service provided by happy little soles. When I emailed about an issue with some wellies they refunded me the cost of the wellies which I wasn't expecting as I am so used to terrible customer care when it comes to kids products. One thing I would like to see them develop going forward is a recycling option for shoes once they have been worn beyond use.
