I love the fact I can order in the morning and get the shoes within a few days! I also really like that I can order a few pairs and see which fits best then return the others.
The website on a mobile is a bit more tricky, as it's slow to load the list after applying filters but often over responds and then opens the first shoe when I'm just trying to scroll down. But it works fine on a pc, so I just use that.
