Very easy to return the pair that was too big via the post office. Refund rapid and confirmation e-mail sent, so that you aren’t left wondering whether the returned shoes ever arrived.
Very happy with the shoes of the correct size. Sizing guide helped a lot. (Two different shoes were bought initially to double check the size on the child’s feet).
