Only 3 stars because I was caught by having to pay double postage on shoes which I ordered and needed to return and order a smaller size. This is treated as two separate purchases so I was hit twice and then neither pair fit :( It's like you would prefer customers to over order multiple shoes in multiple sizes before returning them all...
