I always receive my order really promptly, and where I have used the return service I have always received my refund promptly. Any questions I have asked via email have always been replied to quickly and with helpful information.
The only thing that would make me shop elsewhere as an Irish customer is the fact that there isn't a free returns option for non-UK customers. Even some bonus points in lieu of postage would be nice, especially as I regularly buy shoes from this site.
