These boots are awesome! Really high quality and I can't wait for my kids to wear them. Although they sold out of the boots that I had ordered after the ordering process was completed (confusing), they immediately contacted me and I was able to reorder. They refunded all of the money, including the excess shipping charge. Great customer service.
