Love HLS and everything they stand for. Fantastic knowledge of the products they sell and willing to advise accordingly. The one improvement I could mention would be to describe the width fittings in a little more detail - my child has a wide forefoot but apparently quite narrow hind foot and we've found it a little difficult to predict which shoes will fit him from the information currently available.
