I have to say I was very disappointed with the delivery. Our shoes got delivered to Czech Republic. Happy Little Soles have not passed on my email or phone number to the local delivery company meaning local delivery company had to send me letter which I got a week later asking me to get in touch with them. Overall the delivery took far longer than it should because of the problem with my contact details. I had also problem with one of the wellies. Mikk-line wellies size 21 should be 138mm long according to the Happy Little Soles website. However our once have only 134-135mm when I took out insoles. I have used Cleverness 12+ to measure the length. 4mm may not seem much, but technically I have paid £19.99 for wellies which will last a month instead of 3 months. Thirdly I have purchased shark wellies for my son in the past. He is going through second size now. First pair had cracks above the ankle where they bend during walk. I though that is because my son likes to wear his rubberised trousers over wellies. Yet after closer look, we have the same problem with the second pair which he has worn very little in past few months. Winter is cold over here, so he has been wearing winter wellies purchased elsewhere. For these three reasons I dont think will be buying our shoes at Happy Little Soles again.
