This time, our son needed shoes urgently, having outgrown those he had, during covid19 and you repied to my email within the hour and shipped some out within the same morning, with a sensible adjustment to the return period.Luckily, we didnt need it as the shoes fit perfectly- even though he has very wide feet with a high arch with can make it tricky.
