I had a few issues onsite for the payment proceds and the custom service team were prompt and excellent in making it easy to pay. I then had concerns about ordering the wrong size and they made it easy to cancel the order. And then again gave me advice when I realised the shoes I had cancelled were possibly the correct size. They never made me feel like I was annoying and accommodated me at every step.
