I am over the moon with my recent customer service experience with HLS. I have tried and failed to buy both my kids some sandals for summer for months. After a few emails to HLS, I was advised both the sizes to try and the styles / brands. I did order a few pairs per child, but with their free returns service, that was the easiest thing to do. As a result, both my children have perfect fitting sandals and I am happy that they are in shoes which enable their feet to move as naturally as possible.
