The shoes I had ordered are both great however I had an issue with the delivery. You did not include my telephone number on the package so the courier service was not able to contact me when he wanted to deliver it. When I was waiting for few days and got no package yet, I tried to track it via link provided. I found out which company is the contracted courier service for Royal Mail in Slovakia and contacted them. I found out the package was fortunately still in a depot so I went there to pick it up otherwise it would return back to the UK in few days.
