I was really happy with the amount of information on the website which really helped in understanding how to measure my childrens feet and get an appropriate style for them. I was very happy with the vivobarefoot brand however I ordered the wrong size for one of my children and was pleased to be able to return and order a different size. My only issue was that I did not receive any email confirmation that the return had been received and refunded. I did find this eventually in my account on the website but I expected ot have received email confirmation also.
