I recently placed a couple of orders with Happy Little Soles (sizes weren't quite right first time, my fault 🤦). I was really very happy with the service. Both orders were received within the week and we're well packed. The return was easy and HLS communicated well about it being received and the refund progress. I was worried about there not being anyone to speak to, but it was fine and everything worked seamlessly.
