I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my Sonos 19/08 , by 31/08 I was starting to panic about my son not having shoes in time for school starting as the order had not arrived yet.. I emailed happy little soles to enquire and even though it was a bank holiday weekend evening they got back to me straight away. It turned out I had somehow managed to miss my delivery from Royal Mail, (no red card - I only found out they had attempted delivery when I heard back from HLS) but with the information in the reply I was able to rebook the parcel to be delivered in time! The shoes were all fabulous barefoot quality and my son chose his favourites to keep. I will be returning the other pairs with the free return slip which is such a great feature. Thank you!
