Customer service was fantastic, from the kind and helpful answers to my many questions to the speedy delivery of beautiful shoes. I ordered 3 pairs of Pediped school shoes in the next 3 sizes my granddaughter will need as she loves her Pediped school shoes. I usually buy the next size up to have them ready for when the old ones wear out or her feet suddenly grow but they seem to be harder to get now so I decided to get enough for the next few years. I really appreciate the HLS loyalty discount scheme, their foot measuring device which I bought a few months ago, the Advice Hub with so much useful information on how to measure children’s feet, fit their shoes correctly and the difference in sizes of different brands and the very helpful description for each shoe, in particular the measurements of the insole of each size.
