The staff in Happy Little Soles replied to all my emails promptly and assertively. I had 2 orders cancelled, the first one because my order hit a glitch and the second because I made a mistake in the size of one of the pair of shoes. They were always polite and very helpful providing all the information I requested. I love that I can find mostly all the barefoot brands for children and adults here and I don’t have to be hunting through the internet
