After finding the products I wanted to buy were out of stock I contacted Happy bags directly. Mark reassured me that he would contact me when they came back into stock. He was true to his word & I bought a number of bags for Xmas presents. Everyone was delighted with their bags & really thrilled. Great service & great products - a very happy customer.
