I telephoned Happy Bags with a query about an out of stock item that I wanted. I spoke to a very helpful lady who answered my question and pointed out an alternative which I had not noticed. I was able to place the order there and then and the items arrived 2 days later. This is the third time I have ordered from Happy Bags and I am impressed with their efficiency and the quality of the goods I have received.
