The bags were great and the customer service was excellent. The bags are sturdy and spacious with lots of useful compartments. They didn't have the colour I wanted in stock so they rang and emailed to let me know and allow me to choose an alternative. I paid for first class delivery and I received the bags the next day. In my opinion and excellent company, that's respectful and responsive to customers.
