I ordered by personalised bag and followed up with an email saying I needed it quickly to go on holiday with. The Happybags team responded really quickly to say the personalised charm I wanted was out of stock and to choose another which I did and it looks fab. Delivery arrived well in time to take my cool new bag on holiday. Love the squirrel design of my bag and the size is massive which suits me as I'm a beauty junkie!
