Disappointed. The bag is lovely, as described and very good quality. However, the information displayed on the website is poor with regards to the 'free' charm offered. It does not clearly explain that you do not have the option to choose; the cheap silver charm is the only option for free, you have to pay if you want another colour. Very disappointing.
