Excellent friendly service, packaging and delivery first class. However, only the second time I used the trolley a wheel came off. Luckily, I was almost home and was able to retrieve it. After a much needed cuppa, I tried to fix it back on and realised that a nut had come loose and caused the problem. Amazingly, I was able to retrace my steps and found the shiny nut on the pavement, so all was saved. I just hope I have screwed it on tight enough now. Just thought you might need to know.
