Happy bags did not send my item to my billing address. They instead sent it to an address that does not exist. When I contacted them on the 23rd of December I was told that I had inputted the wrong address, despite the fact that I have a confirmation email from the day of the purchase with the correct address. They claim that the shipping label is printed automatically from a csv file, but the address that they attempted to post to does not exist so someone must have manually input the information. Despite my stating that the item was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife I was told that their next pick up date for mail was the 28th December (today) and I have found out that it has been shipped 2nd class so I will not even receive it before new year. Despite the error made no attempt was made to get me my item sooner and I was told that the error was mine despite the evidence to the contrary and the fact that it would be impossible for me to input the address they say I did. My wife is still waiting for her Christmas gift from me and won't receive it now until next year.
