Alicante is a fantastic place. The accommodations were good, and the location was convenient. However, the service felt a bit impersonal at times, and we didn’t get the tailored experience we were hoping for. Adding more personal touches, like checking in on guests’ preferences, would have made a big difference. Overall, a solid choice but with room to improve.
